Digital delivery

1. Delivery window

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time (for example 15–60 minutes or up to 24 hours). Fulfillment begins after successful payment verification.

2. How you receive access

Credentials, invite links, or documents appear under Dashboard → My Credentialsonce a seller or admin marks delivery complete. You also receive email when configured.

3. Order tracking

Track status under My Orders: Awaiting payment → Paid / under review → Processing → Completed. Contact support if an order exceeds the stated delivery window.

4. Delays

Peak demand, third-party provider outages, or incomplete buyer details may delay fulfillment. We will update order status and respond via support tickets.
