By creating an account or purchasing on FlickForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Digital products
Catalog items are digital memberships or access products. Descriptions, plan duration, and estimated delivery times are shown before checkout. Final access is delivered after payment verification and managed fulfillment.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Orders remain unpaid until the payment gateway confirms success. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the platform, scrape content at scale, resell credentials in violation of third-party terms, or use the service for illegal activity.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlickForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
